Golden Sea Picnics is based out of Santa Cruz, CA, and the top recommended locations around Santa Cruz are listed below. If you have a location in mind other than the ones listed, or a location outside of Santa Cruz (including the South Bay, San Francisco, and the East Bay) I am happy to accommodate! Locations outside of Santa Cruz will have an additional fee ($1 per additional miles driven outside of Santa Cruz).
West Side Cliffs
Enjoy a secluded picnic under a tree on the West Side Cliffs with a stunning view of the ocean and cliffs. If there’s swell, you’ll have a front row view of some surfers as well!
Rio Del Mar Beach
Located just a few minutes south of Capitola, is the picturesque Seacliff State Beach. This beach is expansive, has a beautiful view of the pier and is less crowded than most beaches in Santa Cruz.
Corcoran Lagoon Beach
This is a beautiful beach located on the East Side of Santa Cruz that is less crowded than most Santa Cruz beaches. There is street parking behind the beach and the beach is easily accessible.
George Washington Picnic Area
The perfect spot if you want a picnic among the redwoods! Located a 10 minute drive east of downtown Santa Cruz, next to the Mystery Spot.
